This program takes viewers down the boardwalks of Virginia City, Montana. Regional "characters" share the captivating history of the area while incorporating wonderful stories and personal experiences detailing how Virginia City shaped the area and the people of Montana's early days.
Airs Thursday 6/25 at 7pm, repeats Saturday 6/27 at 5pm and Sunday 6/28 at 10:30am
Ship Wreck Productions &National Geographic kid’s TV series called “Are We There Yet,” where a brother and sister, ages 5 and 7 travel the world. This educational series takes viewers all over the world. National Geographic is filming only one episode in the United States and askedVirginia City to be about one-third of that episode. National Geographic spent more than twodays filming with rides on the train, stagecoach, Nevada City, gold panning featuring Dan Thyer, and time with living historians in Nevada City.

BBC One celebrates T- rex’s 100th birthday-100 years ago the T-rex was named and announced to the world. UK pubcaster BBC One celebrates his life from his unearthing by Barnum Brown in the Badlands of Montana to the launch of his career in the silent movies of the Twenties and ultimate monster stardom in Jurassic Park. Using a combination of state of the art computer generated images, stunning archive film, quirky dramatic reconstructions and frequently surprising interviews, T-rex: A Dinosaur in Hollywood tells the life story of the Tyrant Lizard King. Dan plays a bit part of a rifleman taking on the dinosaur, in the film.
